The dns rebind exceptions were also made with router B Fritzbox I'm out of ideas Last edited by bugnotme; I've answered in your other thread. On client side you don't have to setup anything.

You need to setup port forwarding from local port that you specify in JDownloader to a remote port that you specify as well in JDownloader. Please don't forget to restart JDownloader when you change Mode or any port settings. Well, that's true teamviewer might be faster and i could still post the solution here. Even when I am reverse tunneling with ssh -R JDownloader tries to use last port and only in case it's not possible, it will use different one.

Thanks for the info about frp, so I guess easy port forwarding isn't possible then on your VPS provider? Originally Posted by beatleser.

Now I forward the local port and the direct connection works! I can't speak for the used frp tool but on JDownloader side there is just JDownloader listening on that port, using encrypted protocol and only able to talk to JDownloader api.

It should be capable of using UPNP, but it never works for me.
